Where winter is at its best
Winter activities in Sölden
The 007 ELEMENTS James Bond Museum on top of the Gaislachkogel can be a stop on your skiing day or the destination of your next excursion. Amongst other highlights, the elaborate cinematic installation features scenes from the Spectre movie shot here in Sölden. It is always worth a visit – not only for James Bond fans. After that, the IceQ invites you to enjoy haute cuisine with a spectacular view. Every Wednesday from December to March the extraordinary restaurant offers their renown Summit Dinner. Fine dining at 3,048 meters. Truly unique.
If you, on the contrary, want to relax, pay a visit to the AQUA DOME Tirol Therme Längenfeld. Here, 12 indoor and outdoor pools, 7 saunas, a kids area with water slides, a gym and many more attractions are waiting for you. On bad weather days or after a day in the snow, we also recommend the close-by Freizeit Arena Sölden, a huge adventure bath with a white water area, bubble loungers, a stone grotto with bubble jets, a kids pool, infrared cabin, steam bath and a relax winter garden.
On top of that, you can get your extra dose of winter sports and entertainment at the night skiing on Wednesdays. Ski and toboggan on the illuminated slopes and the new Stiegele tobogganing run, enjoy the Night Ski Show as well as culinary pleasures directly at the Gaislachkogel middle station. The gondola operates from 5.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
